Hello, my name is Marita Steffe and welcome to my Vision Board Site!

I love to inspire and motivate women to be creative, nourish their spirit and practice to live happy and self – fulfilled lives. I work with Vision boards, which is a wonderful, fun, creative and very effective tool, to create your life. I teach everything about Vision Boards, how to make them, why to make them, how a Vision Board works, why sometimes they don’t work and more. A Vision board is a great tool to :

A little bit about my background.

I’ve had a few careers in my life, besides taking care of my husband, 2 children and managing our household, homes and businesses.

When I came to California from Germany, I purchased a clothing store, I used to love to design and create clothes. After a few years I was more interested in interiors and dressing furniture, so in 1995 I purchased my own interior design workroom In 2009 I added Real Estate and staging to the list. I still work in Real Estate and in the interior design trade.

One of my big fears was : Technology, especially computers, but when I got divorced in 2006 at the age of 51 I had to learn it to be competitive in the business world and to be able to use Photoshop for my photography and artwork.
I remember my first computer class: spreadsheet and MS word,
(without the help of any computer basic courses), but I just did it, spending 5 hours a day at the college lab where I could get help.
Now I am developing my first online business. While there’s a lot to learn, it’s one step at a time and believe me

“if I can do it anybody can“.
I went through some very dark years, and anything that inspired and gave me hope… helped me through the day. I learned new ideas at personal development seminars, like Landmark Education and Peak Potentials. I participated in all kinds of support groups, one of my favorites are Alanon and Nami. I took classes at meditation centers and started to meditate. All this helped me to transform my way of thinking and changed my way of being in the world, from “victim to creator. “My life miraculously changed, I have learned:

Anything is possible, and how my life goes is up to me.

I also discovered that I must follow my passion. But there was a huge question mark:

What is my passion?

I neglected it for a long time, concentrating on my family and career and always thinking I had to be practical. When my life fell apart in my early 50′s, it became clear that creativity and self-expression were essential for my well-being…
As I began to explore my creative side, my life transformed.
I am experiencing greater joy, peace and fulfillment now more than ever and I am happy with who I am.
