Here some simple tips on how to make a vision board.
When you make a vision board, it’s good to know what you want for yourself and your life. But just going through the process can also help you define what your deeper desires are. Something that you might not have been aware of before.
It will be helpful to do a short meditation before you start, to relax your body and your mind to be open to unexpected realizations.
After the meditation start flipping through your magazines and rip out all the pages that stir some kind of emotion in your body, you know when you get this fuzzy feeling in your heart area. So as much as you can, leave your logic out of it and follow your intuition. Making a vision board is a very intuitive process and it’s important not to over think it, let your subconscious do the work. collect all the pages in a box if you like or just make a pile. The magical part of making a vision board is: you do not have to know the steps on how to achieve your dreams and desires, you just have to know what they are, or be open to finding out what they are. It’s a magical process, so leave the “how” to the universe. If you have a very logical mind and your default is always needing to know” how”. Say this mantra:
I don’t have to know how to manifest my dreams and desires, I leave it to the universe.
Your finished vision board, will help you to come up with inspired actions to take and again you don’t ask how, you just let it evolve. Our logical mind is a good tool for some things but in order to find happiness, peace and fulfillment in life it is better to rely on your intuitive guidance system.
