Please pay attention to this: it’s the detail, that makes a vision board work. Make out a check from the universe to yourself and date it! The universe, or your subconscious mind do not know what’s real or what’s imagined, it just wants to manifest your dreams (beliefs) for you. That’s the secret, magical part and most people have a problem with it, because it’s not logical to the mind.
The mind is like a computer, the habits and beliefs you grow up with are the programs. It’s been programmed a certain way and that’s the program it knows. This might not be in your best interest, to achieve joy and fulfillment, because the mind only wants to keep us safe, which could be safe and miserable. The good news is: the program can be changed it’s not who we are, hooray!
If you are moving towards the objects of your dreams the objects are moving towards you.
This is why we make a vision board, to help us visualize and feel the feeling of our dreams. So please leave the logic out, for now and just trust the process. It will not hurt! The universe responds to feelings: if you send out scarcity, fear and doubting yourself, it responds with the same energy.
You will probably get more of the same; more problems, pain, sickness and disappointments, but if you are thinking positive thoughts, practice affirmations, visualize your dreams and believe that it is possible, you send out positive energy. Events and things of the same energy will be drawn into your life. If you make a vision board and look at it as often as possible, it will help to keep you focused on your desires, the more you focus the more it will be yours.

It took me quite a while to understand this, but now I do and I am totally conscious of my thinking. Meditation is a wonderful simple practice that will aid you in being aware of your mind and visualization practices are helpful, do whatever you can to train your mind to be positive.
