When you make a vision board, you first take the time to learn about your desires and next you focus on those desires, by looking at your vision board as many times a day as possible. This is how you can intentionally “create your life.”
I know that this is a hard concept for some of us. It used to be hard for me too. But the more I studied the law of attraction and the other laws of quantum physics, the more I felt comfortable with it and could believe in it’s truth. The very simple law is: “What you focus on expands” so if you focus on all the problems in your life, what do you get according to this law? Yes you are right: More problems! You focus on what’s going right, what do you get? Yes, more of the good stuff!
Now the interesting part is the universe, or the subconscious mind does not know the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined. That’s why affirmations and visualizations are so effective. If you try to think about what you have, (gratitude) and visualize all the things you would like to have in your life, the universe will respond to this energy. I will provide more of the things that are of the same energy to help you achieve your life goals and dreams.
I like to listen to Esther Hick’s and Abraham talks and one section that always hits me is: If you want to attract wealth but you feel poor you cannot attract wealth, because you get more of the “feeling poor” energy.
If you want to attract a perfect body, but you feel fat you cannot get your perfect body.
If you want to attract health, but you are constantly complaining about being sick you cannot attract health. This is the law of attraction in effect.
If you would commit to just one simple practice: please watch what you think, it’s a simple practice in awareness. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, just say without much energy oh, I don’t want to think this thought right now and go to gratitude or think about something or someone you love. Watch how your life will change.
It is a magical process, get unstuck, experience the ultimate creative act, of creating your life.
