How To Make A Vision Board-Use Meditation To Help Visualize Your Dreams

Meditation is a great tool to improve your  life, to help you visualize your dreams, to find your inner creativity and to help you with “how to make a vision board.”

Can you see how meditation could make a difference in your life?  Yet I meet so many people who don’t meditate. They say it’s too hard, they don’t know how to do it, not enough time, can’t sit still etc. Well I heard them all and I can relate because I had all of the above excuses until…….. my life got very bad. Thank god I signed up for a beginners meditation class, which inspired me and helped to get  into the habit. It felt so good that I   kept meditating and all the above benefits kept showing up

My life was a mess, but  I was calmer, a bit more removed from my drama and actually had some control over my reactions, so it was more bearable. I started to be creative again and take the time to do things that would nourish my spirit and get me in touch with inner creativity. Step by step I got unstuck, more positive and willing to do the necessary changes in my life.

I did formal sitting meditation and after a while I came across meditation CDs produced by Centerpointe Institute, using a technology called  Holosync, which was developed by Bill Harris and his team.( Bill Harris appeared in the “Secret”)

Holosync in “simple words”  is  a form of ‘High tech’ mediation…Or supercharged meditation because it’s meant to work much faster than traditional meditation. But as with anything else it might bring up toxic emotions so they can be released, which might result in a moment or two of discomfort.
