I’m along the same vein as Lou. I recently organized my office so it was beautiful and aesthetic as well as functional. I find that when I come in, if it’s disorganized, seems to suck all my brain cells out and can’t even think about what to do next much less be creative! And music is a whole other level of inspiration. Right now I have my Pandora Radio going and my ‘station’ of choice right now is of the Black Horse & The Cherry Tree variety ~ low throaty female vocalists making it happen!

  2. What inspires me are people with a lot of heart who are not afraid to show it – people like you Marita. You are warm, loving, generous and artistic. You just love to share and you bring out the light in everyone. Keep up the good work. The Universe is sure to reward you.
    This website is truly inspiring!

remember the 9 environments? if you sort out your clutter you make room for new things to come into your life. Try it and watch what happens.

  4. Lou says:

Ah, maybe that is my problem. My environment and work area is a bit on the cluttered side. Distracting instead of letting me slide into a creative framework.
In general, I use music to help set a creative mood. The style depends on the type of creativity. It varies form early Pink Floyd to Baroque to Philip Glass. I also like a dark room with task lighting, sort of an island of light.
