How To Map Your Life With a Vision Board

dream big make a vision boardOne of the best  and most creative ways to map your life is by creating a vision board. We all want to know how our life will go and where we will be in a few years. This is not really possible, but we can make an effort to create our future and a vision board is a great tool to do just that.

Make a vision board and set the intentions for you life, the most important step is to know what you want. This is easier said than done. It took me years, because I thought I am a victim of my surroundings and had no power over my life, does that sound familiar?  Start by asking yourself a few questions.

How would you like to make your money, who would you like to work with, how much money do you want to make? Where do you want to live, who do you want to live with. What kind of friends do you want in your life? How do you feel, how do you want to be, what’s your state of health, weight etc. Describe as best as you can because the more you know what you want the easier it will be to get it. Dive into it, find out exactly what you want. Keep a journal, meditate, I sometimes have my best aha moments when I drive or when walking, so I got into the habit of walking with an audio recorder when driving or a video camera when walking, check the video below to see what that looks like. The first step to mapping your life is to know what you want.

Do you have a story you would like to share? I am looking for women over 40 who changed their lives and finally allowed themselves to do do what they love.
