Vision Boards And The Importance Of Creating A Wishlist

What do you want?

It might be a new partner, a better relationship with your existing partner, your kids, your parents or your friends, maybe all of the above.

Or you might want material things like a new home or a vacation home. Maybe a new career, a new job or you might want  to go back to school.

You might feel empty and have no fun in life, in that case you might want to find a new community of   people who inspire you and share your interests. You might want to find out what your passionate about. Pay attention to desires like:  I wish I could paint, I wish could take pictures, I wish I could go to India. I always wanted to learn Italian, play the piano, sing, play an instrument, write a book. You actually can do all this, if you really want to.

You might want a new car, new furniture, a new look for yourself, a new wardrobe, a new haircut, that makes you look cool. Maybe you want to loose wait, eat healthier food, go running, skiing, helicopter flying, skydiving.

What do I want ? This is a very important question you have to ask yourself before making a vision board. I would like to share with you how I prepare my wishlist.

  • Get a notebook, dedicated to your desires and goals
  • Write down 5 to 10 things you want
  • give the list a name and date it
  • keep the wishlist with you and look at it as many times as possible
  • update it whenever you have another wish

What’s the purpose of this? It will get the energy going to attract these things into your life. the simple reason is that the more you focus on something the more it will manifest. It will force you to think about what you want and it will keep you from thinking about what you don’t want. The more you look at the list the better, trust me and trust the universe and don’t forget to have fun with it.
